Synopsis

After brief stints as a minister and in local politics, a new and improved Juan Carrasco lives lavishly -- sporting a new hair transplant -- as an executive at a large utility company. But when a corruption scandal from his time as mayor of Logroño resurfaces, the suddenly bumbling and hapless Juan must find a way to avoid jail time. Relying on his ex-press secretary Macarena, devoted assistant Victor, and estranged family to help erase his past, Juan returns to the world of corrupt political antics -- and light blackmailing. But when his attempts to salvage his reputation go awry, Juan goes on a hilarious and heartbreaking journey to revisit the havoc he's wreaked on his life and loved ones.
