Synopsis
Sergio Leone's first and only peplum film as director before he began his successfull career with the spaghetti-western film genre. The story of the huge statue built by Xerxes at the mouth of Rhodes harbor to block the movement of Greek ships. The population revolts with the help of a valiant Athenian war hero.
