Synopsis

​Inspired by true events, this Polish drama series follows Sebastian Keller, an aspiring actor and musician torn between his mother's urgings to go to law school and his own artistic pursuits. After his health takes a turn, Sebastian's devoutly Catholic mother takes him to see a faith healer, Piotr, who soon invites the conflicted young man to Heaven, a commune where disciples give up all ties to the material world in the name of God. But when Piotr tells Sebastian he too has the power to heal with his hands, the once devoted son breaks from his path and submits fully to his new teacher – and new life. As controversy befalls the once peaceful sect, Sebastian must choose between the world he once knew and the threat to his everlasting soul.
